You read that right! The last week its felt like a hair is stuck in my eye, owning two long hair dogs,a kitten and two long haired divas, it happens alot! After many attempts to inspect every inch of my eye…I discovered the white part of my eye was bumpy! Trying to explain this to my husband…Psh…I was called a crazy lady numerous times before he FINALLY looked! Verdict was in, I’m not crazy.
Its called Pinguecula, I guess its caused from UV lights…by the way I don’t “fake and bake”, and its super itchy. The longer the day went on, the more I began to hate life! First I had an “eye” headache, than it moved onto a complete migraine -_-. Being the total hippie that I am, I refuse to take medicine until I have no choice (growing up with addicts can do this to anyone).
So let the trail and error begin. I tried every trick that normally works! Keyword, normally, I tried a warm teabag compress, I caked my temples in my peppermint oil, I drank peppermint tea, a chugged a few cups of water, I inhaled a fully caffeinated can of pop, dimmed all my lights…I even tried a nap! Needless to say NOTHING WORKED!! It hit the point of hurling my guts up and than crying because it throbbed so bad to than hurl my guts back up. It was a very brutal pattern!
I decided to throw in the towel, I took Tylenol, 2 hours later I was still suffering. So I put on my happy mom face and pretended I was ok.
Kae and I finished up her penpals bookmark and created another. As I’ve stated before, Tim Burton is our favorite! One of the divas favorite is Coraline!
We also had to make her teacher a monster one. Yesterday was Kaes day for show and tell and her bookmark was brought in with her monster purse. Apparently her teacher loved it…so she had to have one!
We also played Trouble and Candyland, had an art session, hide and seek and made dinner together!
Ohhhhh, we kicked daddy out for the day too! He had a much needed man date! We’ll its time for momma to apply her eyedrops and enjoy the quiet before daddy and Pae wake up!

Have you found a way to resolve it?
They have me using eye drops to keep it clear and just staying clear of UV lights and yeah my wp is acting weird too! I have to type in everyone I follow to catch up!
And I love how comfy our little one is in her Elmo chair- that’s a great shot!
